Keith Yuen

Keith's legal practice focuses on Family Law matters, and he has successfully represented clients in both the Provincial Courts of British Columbia and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.


He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and has graduated from Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.

Sibel Rasid

Sibel is a lawyer practising in the area of family law in British Columbia. She was called to the BC Bar in 2025 after completing her legal transition into the Canadian legal profession. Prior to practising in Canada, Sibel gained extensive legal experience abroad, where she worked for more than a decade in private practice advising clients on complex legal matters.


Sibel is committed to providing thoughtful, practical, and client-centered legal services. She understands that family law matters are often deeply personal and emotionally challenging, and she takes the time to listen carefully to each client’s concerns and objectives. Sibel strives to build strong relationships with clients through clear communication, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to resolving disputes and navigating difficult transitions.

Joy C. Marlinga

Joy C. Marlinga is a Family Law barrister and solicitor at our firm and maintains a broad practice. Her particular interests include drafting separation agreements and mediation on all family law matters.


Joy received her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and during her time there she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on their Restorative Justice project. Her background as a Filipino and interest in women’s rights also drove her to completing two major research papers on immigration laws and legislation surrounding parental leave in Canada.


Joy was called to the bar in 2025 and in addition to her practice, finds time for volunteering and participating in law-related activities. Currently, she is a member of the Federation of Asian

Canadian Lawyers and the Filipino Canadian Lawyers Network. She also volunteers with Access Pro Bono Canada in the Summary Advice Program.

Wills and Estates is a legal area that focuses on planning and managing a person's assets and responsibilities for the benefit of their loved ones. It includes the preparation of legal documents such as wills, power of attorney, and representation agreements.
